We felt we were involved in the details of unloading and loading, which gave us an insight into the many ropes, controls, clips and essential tidiness which make the complicated issues look simple. ″Russell/Emily, I'd like to take this opportunity to say how much my Wife Karen and I enjoyed the experience of Ballooning for the first time. We got married December last year and this was one of my gifts to my wife. I admit I was a bit nervous at the thought of Ballooning (even though Karen had no worries at all) but to help setup the balloon from the start just got rid of them. It was the most amazing experience for us, so peaceful and the way Russell controlled the balloon was amazing. Also how Doug managed to find us to pick us up from the field !!!! So all in all, we'd like to say thankyou all so much for a thrill of a lifetime from start to finish. We will definately be booking with you again at some point in the future.
