We are pleased to announce that High Road Balloons have teamed up with Virgin Balloon Flights.
Russell will be flying a big red balloon from launch sites in Stratford-Upon-Avon, Shipston-on-Stour and Cheltenham. We are thrilled to bits to have been selected and take this as recognition of the great service we offer.
